General terms and conditions

Terms for using apdrukaspreces.lv, request for orders, payment and delivery.

SIA “AXIO”, Registration No. 40003590509 (hereafter — Seller), maintains the product catalogue at apdrukaspreces.lv and provides the production and delivery of printed and branded gifts available on the website. By submitting an order enquiry, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Order enquiry and contract conclusion

On the website, you can select the item, colour and quantity (not less than the minimum order quantity), indicate whether you need the product with or without branding, place it in the cart and send an order enquiry. It is also possible to send a price request.

An order enquiry is not a paid purchase and does not constitute a binding contract for either party. After the enquiry is received, the Seller will contact the client within 1 business day to clarify the order and, if branding is required, the print method, positioning and artwork, and will send an invoice or price offer. The contract is formed when the client accepts the offer or pays the invoice.

Before production, a design proof will be sent to the buyer for approval. If the required design file is not attached when making the enquiry, it can be sent later to [email protected].

Prices and payment

All product prices on the website are in euros (EUR), VAT included. Online payment is not available on the site. Print costs depend on the technique, number of colours and quantity, and are calculated individually; delivery costs are also calculated individually. After receiving an enquiry the Seller will send an invoice or price offer with the final total. Should the product availability or price change during processing, the Seller will inform you before invoicing. Production starts after proof approval and payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Lead time and delivery

Lead time: up to 15 business days, depending on order quantity and print complexity, counted from proof approval and receipt of payment, unless otherwise individually agreed. Delivery methods and terms can be found on the Delivery page.

Warranty

Warranty period is 1 year for business clients and 2 years for private individuals. Warranty does not cover mechanical damage or misuse.

Right of withdrawal

A private individual (consumer) is entitled to cancel an order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually customised products (with personalised printing or engraving), perishable items, or opened software/data carriers. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Alcoholic products

If gift sets containing alcohol are offered, legal entities may purchase them on invoice, but private individuals must pay for and collect them in person, presenting ID. Alcoholic products are not sold to minors and sales are prohibited between 20:00 and 10:00.

Personal data protection

Personal data provided in order enquiries and other site forms are processed for order fulfilment and communication, in accordance with GDPR requirements. More details in the Privacy Policy.

Dispute resolution

Disputes will be resolved by negotiation; if no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The consumer may also refer to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv).
