How the website apdrukaspreces.lv processes and protects your personal data.

What data we process

  • Contact information: first name, surname, email address, telephone number.
  • Company details: name, registration number, VAT payer number.
  • Invoice and delivery address.
  • Order information: selected products, colours, quantities, printing options, notes and attached design files.
  • Communication content (emails, price requests, contact form messages).
  • Technical data required for website operation (cookies, IP address for security purposes).

Purposes and legal basis

  • Order fulfilment and communication — conclusion and execution of contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Invoicing and accounting — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Website security and operation, handling of claims — legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Save wish list and comparison — Function requested by you.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and do not send advertisements without your consent.

Data receivers

Data is transferred only to the extent necessary for order fulfilment: to delivery service providers, printing and production partners (order and design information only), accounting service provider, and website hosting provider. We do not sell data to third parties.

If you consent to analytics and the map, data is also processed by Google Ireland Limited; Google may transfer it to the USA, where it is protected under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Storage periods

We retain order and communication data for as long as necessary for order fulfilment, warranty and claims periods, as well as accounting documents — for the period specified by legal acts. We keep design files in order to use them for repeat orders, and delete them upon your request.

Cookies

The website uses cookies necessary for it to work: to save the shopping cart, session, wish list and product comparison, as well as the apr_consent cookie, which stores your cookie choice for 180 days. These cookies do not require consent.

Only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we use:

  • Analytics — Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Limited; cookies _ga and _ga_*, stored for up to 2 years) to compile statistics on visits to the website and improve it.
  • Order source — WooCommerce cookies sbjs_*, which, at most until you close your browser, remember where you came to the website from (for example Google search, social media or typing the address directly). If you place an order, this information is saved with the order so we can see which channels bring in customers. This data stays on our website and is not passed on to third parties.
  • Google Maps map on the “Contact” page (provided by Google Ireland Limited). Until you consent, a picture of the map is shown; the real map, which may use Google cookies and pass your IP address to Google, is loaded only after you consent. Clicking the map picture opens Google Maps on Google’s website in a new tab.

No advertising cookies are used. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting “Cookie settings” in the website footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format, to the extent permitted by law. Send your request to [email protected]. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint to the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
